Polaroid Wedding Day: Cami and Andrew

A few snapshots of the wedding day. Cami and Andrew and Cami's folks. All good people. I was so happy to be a part of their special day.

Holga Couple

There is something so simply clever about snapping portraits with a Holga. It never fails to bring out smiles with its bulky plastic body and clicking shutter. People have asked me if its for real, and I assure you that it is. The model that took the photos below has not only a plastic body, but also a plastic lens. That's how the images end up so awesome. Seriously, the plastic lens has a sweet spot wherein objects are a little more crisp, and then everything else goes all dreamy and soft-focus. This camera has been a long-favorite for road-trips and other artsy shots. So I'm really pleased to be able to use it on willing participants.

Yet again, a few more images of Cami and Andrew, shot on location at Kolob Terrace, in southern Utah.

Cami and Andrew, digital

Here are some of the digital images from Cami and Andrew's shoot. We were blessed to enjoy a wonderful afternoon with lighting that changed dramatically from one minute to the next.

Waiting for Suzy

Luckily, I was able to snap a few quick shots of Chrissy just before her baby Suzy came into the world. I think pregnant ladies are the cutest. Suzy is her third, and possibly last addition to her family, and Chrissy had never had any pregnancy shots taken of her. What a shame. So now there are a few images saved for the future.
